Welcome
everyone,
Here in Northern NJ, at best, our
golf season runs somewhere from April through October. (Extended winters and
extra rainy springs can shorten that). Suburban sprawl is devouring our
beautiful golf courses. A dense population and growing interest in the game
makes securing tee times even tougher. Fees, typical of North Jersey and nearby
Rockland County, New York, add to our hardship.
Result? An even more determined, hardy group of single
golfers who enjoy fun and fellowship on and off the fairways.
Our members’ abilities range from beginner to seasoned. We
encourage beginners to learn the rules of the game as well as the finer points
of playing by taking lessons. Our outings open up the chance to play different
courses in the tri-state area. Our monthly dinner meetings are lively and fun.
We currently have 70 members and are growing. Just like the wish expressed by
many of our members, we hope to break 100 soon!

hours, or join us for a dinner meeting as well.
